Short version: this website collects almost nothing, we never sell or share your information, and you can ask us what we hold at any time.

Who we are
Autopilot Analytics Inc. ("we") is a Canadian company based in Toronto, Ontario. For any privacy question, email hello@autopilotanalytics.com.
What this website collects
- If you contact us: your name, email, organisation (if you give it) and your message. We use it only to reply and to follow up on your request.
- Basic server records: like every website, our hosting keeps short-lived technical records (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. We don't use advertising trackers or sell data, and we don't run third-party analytics on this site.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted, unless they become part of a project.
Who we share it with
No one, except the service providers that host this site and deliver our email, and only so they can do that job. We never sell personal information.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email us and we'll reply within 1 business day. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Systems we build for clients
When we build a system for a client, that client decides what personal information it collects, and their own privacy policy applies. We build to support their obligations (for example PIPEDA, MFIPPA, FIPPA or PHIPA where they apply), collect only what a service needs, and offer Canadian data storage.
